Mr. Bullington-McGuire has over fourteen years' experience providing software development, network administration, security, and management services to businesses and the government; he has fostered the growth of several companies: Intelligent Decisions, ObjectLinks, and Microstate. His understanding of technical and management issues enable him to stand at PKR Internet's helm. His writing has been published in Linux Journal. He attended Virginia Tech and George Mason University.

LuLu Howard has over fifteen years of experience in designing and developing software applications. She has achieved mastery of many programming languages and computer operating systems. Ms. Howard graduated from Loyola College with a BS in Computer Science.

Peter Meredith

Mr. Meredith has six years' experience developing thin client Java based applications; his applications have been used by Ericsson, ITT Industries, Grayson Wireless, ROH Inc., the FDA, and a Fortune 50 financial services company. He attended college at Oregon State University.
