Taskjitsu - Commercial Support
Installation
Too busy to deal with installing new software? PKR can remotely install and configure Taskjitsu on your Red Hat Enterprise Linux 3.0 server. We'll even help configure it for your specific business needs and provide training on how to use Taskjitsu to enhance productivity and customer responsiveness. Installation support is available on RHEL 3.0 for $1,250. For other operating systems please contact us for a quote.
Training
Learning how to use Taskjitsu is easy, but learning how to use it effectively can be more challenging. Let us help your team get the most out of a task driven development process though a conference call with someone who has years of experience. Training sessions are $90 an hour with a one hour minimum.
Support
PKR provides Taskjitsu support on either a per-incident or a support contract basis.
Per-Incident Rate
Each incident contract is good for up to 2 hours of support time at a rate of $300. Additional support beyond the 2 hour minimum is available for $150/hour.
Quarterly Support Contract
Our basic support contract provides up to ten hours of support per quarter at a rate of $1,200 per quarter. Support contract holders can purchase additional hourly support for $125 per hour.
Integration with accounting systems
Interested in the features taskjitsu provides, but worried that it won't integrate directly into your billing system? No problem. Taskjitsu is open source and you can tie it in directly yourself, but if your team doesn't have the bandwidth to tackle another project we can help out. PKR Internet can tie Taskjitsu directly into your legacy systems at the rate of $125 per hour .
Custom Modifications
Looking for a feature Taskjitsu doesn't have? Does your environment have specialized restrictions for software running on your servers? PKR is happy to provide fixed quotes for customization projects or to bill on a time-and-materials basis, depending on the specifics of each project.
